Committee hears governor's environment omnibus; bill laid over after amendment on timber permits

Senate File 2077, the governor's multi-agency environmental budget and policy package, drew testimony from agency officials and business groups on fee increases, permitting reforms and program funding during the Environment, Climate and Legacy Committee on Feb. 14.
