Lago Vista council directs city attorney after closed-session consultations on multiple legal matters

Lago Vista City Council met in closed executive session at 1 p.m. to consult with legal counsel on a series of items, including roadway impact fee assessments, dormant public improvement districts (TDDs), an employment-related claim, and a dispute over a golf course irrigation contract. After returning to open session, the council unanimously approved a motion directing the city attorney to follow the course of action discussed in executive session regarding the employment-related matter.
