"These rules will help govern the work of both houses for the 2 year session," Assemblymember Pacheco said.
After Pacheco's presentation, the clerk opened the roll; the tally was announced as 50 ayes and 14 noes and the resolution was adopted. The speaker ordered immediate transmittal of the adopted resolution to the Senate.
