Committee members then voted to re-refer a list of bills to the appropriate standing committees. The vice chair read the list aloud; members approved the motion by voice vote. The bills read into the record included HB1489, HB1493, HB1494, HB1495, HB1496, HB1499, HB1502, HB1508, HB1510, HB1511, HB1513, HB1515, HB1519, HB1521, HB1523, HB1524, HB1525, HB1527, HB1534, HB1538, HB1541 and HB1533 (as read on the floor). Committee staff said the referral list would be published "in the proper time." Delegate Boyce asked for a copy of the list; the vice chair said it would be provided.
No roll-call tallies were taken; both matters were decided by voice vote and the chair declared the motions adopted.
The meeting then moved on to scheduled bill hearings.
