A motion to accept the contract transfer was made, seconded and approved by voice vote. Commissioners recorded no roll-call vote in the meeting minutes.
No contract number or amended procurement documents were presented at the meeting; a representative from Versus Engineering was present to answer questions but did not provide a detailed contract timeline on the record.
