The commission approved the minutes from its Feb. 5, 2025 meeting by roll call, then considered and approved the following action items presented during the March 5 meeting: a sole‑source waiver and new licensing agreement for ExcelSoft Partners LLC (Bridal) to support IHSS provider online registration and enrollment; a new four‑year grant with Homebridge for IHSS contract‑mode services and a subsequent short‑term modification to that Homebridge grant to cover increased hours and recipients through June 30, 2025; a modification to the Food Bank home‑delivered grocery contract to add $116,213 for March–June 2025; and a new four‑year food assistance grant to the San Francisco Marin Food Bank beginning July 1, 2025.
Commissioners recorded unanimous yes votes on all items. Present commissioners recorded in the roll calls included President Janet Y. Spears, Vice President Nelson Lum, Commissioner Martha Knudson, Commissioner Wanda Jeong, and Commissioner Linda Parker Pennington; the clerk conducted roll call votes for each item.
