- Advertise a request for proposals for the closure construction at the municipal landfill (presenter: Sean O'Donnell, Geosynthetic Consultants). Motion to advertise approved.
- Approve the FY2025-2030 Airport Capital Improvement Plan for submittal to the Federal Aviation Administration (presenter: Steve Newer, Airport Director). Approval noted; county funding contingent on future budget approvals.
- Sole-source purchase approval for three E/One (E One) grinder pump cores from Freeman+Associates (presenter: Peter McElroy, Water and Wastewater Services Director) at $11,553, to be funded from the FY25 water and wastewater operating budget (contingent on budget approvals). Motion approved.
- Approve installation of up to three 3'x6' advertising banners at the Glasgow Street tennis courts to support Cambridge South Dorchester High School tennis (request from James G. Music Foundation/Treasurer Eddie Wasley); banners to be removed at the end of the season. Motion approved.
- Advertise an RFP for repair, resurfacing and conversion of existing tennis courts to dedicated pickleball courts in Herlock, MD (Recreation & Parks request). Motion approved.
- Confirm interim approvals previously made by the council: a letter of support for an FY26 community project funding grant application for an Eastern Market Pump Station replacement (approved 5-0); a license agreement between Maryland Transit Administration and Dorchester County for use of a rail-trail corridor (approved 3-2); amendment to a forest protection agreement in the Pinetop subdivision (approved 5-0); and an open-air burn ban placed into effect beginning March 13, 2025 at 8 a.m. (approved 4-0).
- Approve a change order to extend the Coastal Community Resiliency Study community engagement and move the project completion date to May 14, 2025 (presenter: Susan Webb, Planning & Building Director). Motion approved.
