Ansa said the addition would not increase impervious surface area, that an existing dental office would move to the lower level while Teamsters would occupy the upper level, and that parking calculations included in the plan show the project meets current requirements. “We’re doing a 2 story, approximately 7,000 square feet addition to their building,” Ansa said.
Town staff told trustees the project is a Type I action for environmental review because it exceeds 4,000 square feet and that the application must be forwarded to the county planning board and to the town of Greenberg for review. Staff said those municipal referrals are already in process and documentation will be provided when the board schedules a public hearing on the application.
