Policy subcommittee advances dozens of 300-series employee policies; one policy tabled for legal review

At its April 2 meeting the Conewago Valley School District Board policy subcommittee took formal votes on a series of policies in the 300s (personnel/employee policies). Most of the items were advanced to the full board as written; one policy (03/08, employment contract/board resolution) was tabled pending additional review by Stockton Leader (district legal adviser) because subcommittee members requested clarification about language that would make a superintendent’s accepted resignation irrevocable absent board action.
