Chair Leshinski, Vice Chair Kelly, Commissioner Crawford, Commissioner Hubbell, Commissioner Kinzelberg, Commissioner O’Malley, Commissioner Hsu and Commissioner Uy were recorded as voting “aye” and the minutes were approved.
