- 2,000,000-gallon reservoir rehabilitation: Authorized mayor to execute a task order with Keller Associates Inc. for final design, bidding assistance and construction support in an amount not to exceed $115,440; staff said the work can be contained within the water fund engineering budget though it exceeds the preliminary budget line.
- Meter purchases: Authorized mayor to execute a purchase order for meters and meter accessories in an amount not to exceed $82,175.50 to complete the city's meter conversion campaign.
- Recycled water system plan: Authorized mayor to execute an on-call order with Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. for a recycled-water system plan, not to exceed $82,000; staff noted the city received an IDEQ grant covering roughly half the cost.
- Piccadilly Park parking-lot restriping: Authorized mayor to enter a contract with Cutting Edge Landscaping for crack-filling, seal-coating and restriping the Piccadilly Park parking lot, not to exceed $8,680.32.
- Consent agenda: Council approved minutes from March 19, ratified payroll and accounts payable as listed in the packet.
