Staff told the council the city will transfer $2,087,504 from the Measure C fund to the Facilities Capital Investment Fund (project 07235) and that the work is expected to be reimbursed under PG&E's on-bill financing program.

Councilmember Roach asked whether the city bears the financial risk if PG&E reimbursement is delayed; staff said reimbursement is expected and that the contract and budget include the transfer to ensure the project can proceed.
