Ordinance No. 4179, which rezones Lots 1–5 for the Bellevue Entertainment District (general location: northwest corner of Highway 75 and Hidden Valley Drive), was approved on third reading after staff read the ordinance into the record. Councilwoman Jessica Welch moved to approve Ordinance No. 4179; Councilwoman Collins seconded. The mayor called for a vote and the council recorded unanimous approval.
Separately, the preliminary plat for Lots 1–5 of the Bellevue Entertainment District (item 11A1) was approved by motion of Welch, seconded by Collins, with all members voting yes.
