County opens sealed bids for Ottawa Road Phase 2; two contractors bid below engineer estimate

The board did not award the contract at the meeting. County staff said they would meet with the county engineer to review bids, evaluate compliance and scope, and bring a recommendation to the commission at a subsequent meeting.
