John Miller, 2480 Newfield Road (Assessor Map 230, Lot 001, Block 001) - Action: Application for septic construction and stormwater diversion that may affect wetlands. - Staff notes: Applicant must revise plans to show accurate storm piping (15-inch piping) and clarify where the outfall will be relative to existing wetlands and the Naugatuck River; Torrington Area Health and the city engineer will require modifications during review. - Commission action: Application accepted for processing; determination of significance deferred until final plans submitted. Motion carried.
