The commission called for public comment; none was offered in person or online. A motion to grant the one-year extension was made by Commissioner Lampier and seconded by Commissioner Exeter. The commission voted in favor by voice vote and the extension was approved.
The extension applies to the minor land development preliminary approval on Oakland Avenue and allows additional time for the applicant to complete required agency approvals and submit a final plan.
