The council also approved staff-recommended on-call engineering teams to support transportation projects. Those teams will be available for scoping, design, and other engineering tasks as project needs arise. Council approved the list as presented by staff and the committee.
Council discussion was limited; the actions were transmitted as committee recommendations and were approved without further amendment. Staff will proceed to use the assessment as a planning tool and to assign on-call teams to projects as needed under county procurement rules.
