Earlier, the court approved minutes from the prior meeting and took a number of grouped consent votes. The court approved items 3 through 25 (with a correction to item 22 adjusting the compensation cap to $2,450,000 from the March 25, 2025 agenda item No. 76), items 26 and 27, and items 30 through 56 by single motions and 4-0 votes. Item 29 was pulled from the agenda and will be returned at a future meeting.
After the consent agenda votes the court announced it would adjourn the public meeting and convene in executive session to discuss item 57 under the real estate exception, item 59 under the consultation-with-attorney exception, and item 62 under the personnel-matters exception. The court reconvened later with no action taken during executive session and adjourned.
Decisions and votes: the auditor's report and the listed grouped consent items were approved by voice vote recorded as 4-0. No budget amendments or contracts beyond what was listed on the agenda were described in detail during the public session; the court noted a correction to item 22 and made minor clerical corrections to agenda language during approval.
