The Clear Creek County Board of County Commissioners approved the renewal of a hotel-and-restaurant liquor license for 2 Bears Den LLC, doing business as 2 Bears Tap and Grill, after county departments reported no concerns.
Megan (licensing staff) told the board that the required property posting had been completed and that all departments reviewing the application had no objections. The board opened and closed public comment with no attendees. Commissioner Jody moved to approve the renewal; the motion carried by voice vote.
Separately, the board considered a special-event liquor permit for Easterseals of Colorado for the Akimaki Village event. Licensing staff said the sheriff's office had reviewed the application and indicated no concerns. With no public comment, the board administratively approved the special-event permit.
No conditions were placed on the renewal or the special-event permit during the meeting.
