The CIP covers proposed capital projects costing $15,000 or more and uses multiple funding sources discussed at the meeting, including the Park Trust Fund (development dedication fees), the Park Improvement Fund (revenue from cellular-antenna leases and other sources) and bond proceeds for larger projects.
