Trustees adopt several routine resolutions, reject Princeton Road medians contract

Staff reported GovPilot is a cloud-based licensing system the township has used since 2020 and that the provider agreed to hold the price for three years. Adopted by roll call.
- Resolution 25-136: Authorized the township administrator to apply for a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) for the Belmont Avenue storm-sewer drainage project; staff said the total estimated project cost had risen since the prior application. Adopted by roll call.
Failed resolution: - Resolution 25-134: A proposed contract with TR Gear Landscaping to maintain Princeton Road medians for $9,959 was rejected on a roll call. The clerk recorded "No" votes during the roll call and the resolution failed.
Roll-call notes: The meeting minutes show roll-call votes were taken on each resolution; for most adopted resolutions the clerk recorded "Yes" votes from trustees present. For resolution 25-134 the clerk recorded "No" votes and the resolution failed; the transcript records trustee responses during the roll call as "No." The board gave no further direction to staff on the medians contract after the vote.
