Commission adopts minutes, postpones officer elections to March and adjourns

Chairperson Jeremy Taylor confirmed a quorum was present for regular business but said the commission did not have “a sufficient number who have been sworn in to conduct our elections.” Taylor said the clerk was expected to arrive later, and commissioners agreed to table elections until the March meeting.
The commission then approved the minutes as printed after a motion and second; a roll-call-style verbal aye vote was recorded with no opposition. At the end of the meeting, a motion to adjourn was moved and seconded and carried by voice vote.
Actions recorded in the meeting minutes were routine meeting business; no policy or ordinance votes were taken.
