Staff described the MPO’s role as ensuring the city draws funds from the proper accounts and keeps paperwork organized ahead of reviews and audits. Mr. Sibike and an unidentified staff member spoke during discussion; no substantive changes to the agreement were recorded during the meeting.
A motion to approve the contract was made and seconded; the board approved the contract by voice vote.
