The board approved her application conditionally, requiring the applicant to submit letters from her counselor and therapist that specifically state she can practice with reasonable skill and safety. Board staff will permit 90 days for the applicant to provide that documentation; a board member offered to conduct an expedited review so Hutchinson would not need to reappear if the letters meet the condition.
