Roads scheduled for chip seal include Main Street, 100 East, 100 South, 200 South, 300 South and two cul‑de‑sacs off 300 South. Additional slurry work will target newer subdivisions and areas requiring crack sealing.
Staff said they relocated mailboxes that had been impacted by a striping change on 600 North; the boxes were moved to 625 North in the public utility easement following coordination with the postmaster. Work to clean equipment, use of a rented wash machine, and routine maintenance were also discussed.
No formal council action was requested; staff offered to resend maps and schedules to council members so they could review exact street lists and timings.
