Call activity since the prior meeting totaled 20 calls: 3 fires, 5 traffic collisions and 12 medical calls, the department reported. Most calls were out of town: 18 out-of-town responses and 2 in-town responses. The department also provided a brief operations update on equipment additions (four scene lights) and the installation schedule for remaining items.
Councilors thanked the fire staff for their work. No formal council action was required or taken on the report.
