The motion to accept the $5,000 bid (which included removal and patching of two swamp coolers) passed unanimously.
- Temporary employment contracts (building code): The council approved temporary contracts for Kristen Bushnell and Corey Coleman to implement a building department and perform building inspections and permit administration (unanimous).
