Mount Diablo Unified Board adjourns to closed session to discuss labor negotiations, personnel and litigation

An unidentified presiding officer called the Mount Diablo Unified School District Board of Education to order on Feb. 26 and announced the board would adjourn to closed session to discuss labor negotiations, personnel matters, anticipated litigation and a liability claim by Bay Area Community Resources.

The presiding officer said the board would consider negotiations under Government Code section 54957.6, discipline or dismissal of a public employee under Government Code section 54957(b)(1), conference with legal counsel regarding anticipated litigation as listed on the publicly posted agenda, and a liability claim under Government Code section 54956.95 naming Bay Area Community Resources. The presiding officer then said, "The board will now adjourn to closed session."
