Management analyst Sam Crew said Southern California Edison has restored power to 32 properties, 16 properties have opted out of reconnection and 13 properties remain awaiting restoration. "Currently, as of today, 32 properties have their power restored. 16 properties have opted out and 13 properties still await, are awaiting power restoration," Crew said.
