Earlier in the meeting Representative Nash moved adoption of the minutes from Tuesday, March 25. “I have reviewed the minutes, mister chair, and we move adoption of the minutes from Tuesday, March 25,” Nash said; the minutes were approved by voice vote.
Committee members closed with a housekeeping announcement that they will meet the following day, Wednesday, at 10:15 a.m. in Room 123 to consider negotiated amendments to the joint rules, items in the organizational agreement the co-chairs have negotiated, and other housekeeping matters; the committee chair said he will “hold the gavel” for that meeting as agreed with Co-chair Lee Long.
