Haley Walsh, who identified herself as a Madera County resident and as the daughter of the affected family, told supervisors she is "starting to have breathing issues because of this" and described idling trucks 24/7 as causing health problems for neighboring households.
The comments were made during the meeting's public comment period; no board action was recorded on the matter during the session. County staff did not present a follow-up response on the record at the April 1 meeting.
