The commission identified the statutory authority for a personnel-related executive session as paragraph 4(f) of Colorado Revised Statutes 24-6-402.
“No decisions were made during that executive session,” said a commissioner who spoke on the record after the meeting resumed. At least one participant asked that the record state the executive session was held to interview candidates; a commissioner later confirmed on the public record that an interview was held.
