ATX Legacy Park developers seek Hutto water and wastewater service; offer right-of-way and phased buildout

Brown said the site sits inside Hutto's extraterritorial jurisdiction but currently falls in Jonah's water CCN and in no wastewater CCN; Jonah has indicated it could serve water but pulling Jonah's infrastructure to the site would require a 9,000-foot 16-inch line duplicating an existing Hutto 16-inch main and would be costly.
