The board considered a claim by Sandy Boonenberg alleging malpractice against Tahoe Forest Hospital District and voted 5–0 to reject the claim as untimely. A hearing under section 32155 of the Health and Safety Code to review the 2024 disclosure summary produced no reportable action.
The board then held hearings under section 32155 of the Health and Safety Code on 2024 patient-safety and risk reports and voted 5–0 to approve both reports as presented. Finally, the board held a hearing under the same code section concerning medical staff credentialing for 2024 and voted 5–0 to approve the credentials as presented.
The closed-session report was read into the public record at the open meeting; no additional actions were reported from those hearings.
