Project Rosenberg supporters told the council the fund-raising campaign has raised substantial private pledges toward acquisition and demolition. “Right now, we have 1,520,000.00, in pledges, of which 1,300,000.0 are in the bank,” said a supporter during public comment. The group said that represented “87% of our pledges in hand” toward a $2.2 million goal.
