PUCN approves AT&T ETC change, Great Basin Water surcharges and multiple staff items; several orders adopted unanimously

At its meeting in Carson City and Las Vegas, the Public Utilities Commission of Nevada voted unanimously on several docketed items, adopting stipulations or staff recommendations for matters including an AT&T ETC designation change, tariff surcharges for Great Basin Water Company divisions, a Section 252 telecommunications matter, and multiple routine staff items.
