The Housing Authority of the City and County of San Francisco told commissioners on Feb. 27 that Bell Properties will assume property management of the Sunnydale and Potrero sites on March 1, and that EBMC will remain through March to complete financial close-out tasks.
Chief Executive Officer Tanya Leju said the authority has met daily with both management firms during the transition and will continue daily check-ins for at least two weeks after March 1. Leju said many staff have been retained where they wished to remain and that authority and site partners have coordinated resident outreach, office hours and rent information letters.
