Solicitor previews seven resolutions for March 13 Beaver County commissioners meeting

Solicitor Morgan told the Beaver County commissioners at the March 12 work session that seven resolutions will appear on the agenda for the commissioners' meeting the following day.
Morgan identified highlights including agenda items 2 and 3, which he said are both decreases in the cost of the Brady's Run pump station project, and item 6, which Morgan described as an MOU with the Department of Public Works union "whereby the county and the union are both just waiting to accept, employees under the age of 18 and or are still in high school from mandatory over time." Morgan also said he did not have a need for an executive session.
Morgan offered to answer questions and otherwise had no additional items for the work session. No votes on the resolutions occurred during the work session; commissioners are scheduled to consider the items at the next formal meeting.
