On item 02/2019, Senator 1 said leadership is "pretty set on the senate position, as a past amended out of the house. And so we reject the offer that you guys made, and, and we wanna stick with the amendment that passed out of the house which was reducing it to 8.8, and then adding a 5 year sunset." Senator 2 replied that they were not authorized to negotiate further, calling the situation a stalemate and noting the matter "maybe decide whether they want to take that up, come veto session."
