Staff said the vendor team has provided weekend and evening coverage and produces weekly reports on contacts and actions.
Votes: The financial-claims motion passed (yes: Barajas, Barrera, D'Arrigo, De La Rosa, Sandoval, Mayor Donahue; Salazar recused earlier). The remainder of the consent calendar was approved by roll call (all recorded yes votes for participating council members).
