“We will demonstrate how the proposed capital improvement program is in conformance with the City General Plan,” Public Works division manager Leeha said during the presentation, outlining that the CIP prioritizes projects for new infrastructure and repair and replacement of existing assets and that only the first fiscal year (2025–26) is fully funded.
