The council unanimously approved the consent calendar, accepted reports on downtown events, adopted a resolution declaring mistletoe a public nuisance under Ordinance No. 281 and authorized abatement, and adopted resolutions accepting completion of the McPike 1 Wastewater Reclamation Improvements Project and the Newman Wetlands Project (Grant Q1996046). Several downtown events — including the June downtown market and the Tunnel to Towers 5K run/walk — were also approved with staff-recommended waivers.
