Council members asked about appearance and structural differences; staff said the primary visual difference will be the beam type (I-beams for red iron versus back-to-back C-channels for the cold-formed option) and that foundation work at Lincoln Park was satisfactory. The pavilions under discussion were measured on site and reported as 30 by 50 feet.
Action: Councilmember motioned and seconded to approve the change order per the recommendation from Infrastructure Solutions Group LLC; the motion passed on roll call (yes votes recorded from Sampson, Butler, Wright, Wagner, Abernathy, North, Higginbotham).
