All motions passed by recorded voice votes of 6–0.
The committee recommended awarding the 2024 Major Storm Sewer Repair Project (MS-1926) to BF Anderson Builders LLC. City staff presented a bid of $1,992,642.25; the formal motion recorded a contract amount of $1,999,642.25 and carried 6–0. Staff said there were two bidders and that BF Anderson had satisfactorily completed previous storm sewer and storm drainage projects for the city. An engineering estimate earlier presented to the committee was substantially higher, which staff said reflected conservative assumptions related to lining and difficult access.
