Planning staff said discussions on conditions of approval are ongoing and recommended the continuance to allow those conversations to conclude.
No public hearing was held on the item at this meeting; staff instructed members of the public who had intended to speak that they could submit a speaker card or attend the April 23 hearing. A motion to continue the items to the regularly scheduled April 23 meeting passed with six affirmative votes.
