Councilmember Rodriguez introduced an amendment to Item 6; the amendment was circulated, seconded and placed before the council. Later in the meeting the council also considered Amendment 7A (Jurado/Padilla). Both amended items were approved as presented to the chamber. Councilmembers completed a roll call vote on Item 7 with 12 ayes.
