City of Salina amends interlocal agreement and commercial code; county commission to consider recommended resolution April 1

Planning staff told the Saline County Planning and Zoning Commission on March 25 that the City of Salina approved amendments to the interlocal agreement and to the adopted commercial building codes to include input from the fire chief on all commercial permit reviews for county projects.
Staff also said a resolution the commission recommended for approval in November will be forwarded to the Saline County Commission for consideration on April 1. Staff did not provide the full text of the resolution at the meeting; the commission will consider the resolution at the county commission meeting next week.
Staff announcements were presented near the end of the meeting and no public comment was recorded on those items.
