The school uses the acronym SOAR—safety, ownership, acceptance and respect—across classrooms, hallways, cafeterias, playgrounds and buses, April Mullen, East Fallowfield music teacher and orchestra/choral director, told the board. "At East Fallowfield, we use our acronym SOAR," Mullen said.
