Kane County appoints Larry Crutchfield to Planning Commission

Commissioner Gwen Brown introduced the appointment, saying Crutchfield "is very knowledgeable" and that he has attended meetings and studied county ordinances over the past several years. The commission recorded the vote as unanimous and commissioners invited Crutchfield for a photo following the vote.
No members of the public spoke during the planning commission appointment public hearing; the commission closed the hearing before voting on the resolution.
Next steps: the county will process the appointment paperwork and add Crutchfield to the planning commission roster effective April 1.
