Acton Finance Committee issues recommendations on FY26 warrant; municipal budget recommended with dissent

The Acton Finance Committee conducted its required FY26 budget hearing, considered presentations and citizen participation, and issued recommendations on multiple warrant articles ahead of town meeting.
